Rob McDaniel is the Founder and President of Atlantec, LLC, an IT services company based in Westbrook, Maine. Since establishing the business in 2004, Rob has been committed to providing exceptional technology solutions to small and mid-sized businesses throughout the region.

With a lifelong passion for technology, Rob followed in the footsteps of several family members who worked at industry-leading companies such as IBM, Digital, Wang, and Intel. His interest in computers began at an early age, and he pursued his dream by attending Keene State College, where he gained the skills and knowledge necessary to launch and grow a successful business.

Under Rob's leadership, Atlantec has grown into a trusted partner for businesses seeking reliable IT solutions. The company specializes in cybersecurity, managed IT services, helpdesk support, and cloud solutions. Rob's hands-on approach and deep technical expertise have been instrumental in the company's success.

Rob holds certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator, and is also a certified computer and network technician. Brett Cannon
Senior Technical Support Engineer

Brett Cannon is senior technical support engineer of Atlantec with over nine years of progressive network experience. Prior to joining Atlantec, Brett provided network support to full service law firm Verrill Dana, LLP and medical manufacturer CBE/Valcom onsite at Whatman, Inc. He has also served as systems administrator of Pioneer Telephone and support specialist/network administrator of G.H. Bass & Company in addition to providing Tier 2 Technical Support for Microsoft Call Center Envisionet. Brett attended Southern Maine Technical College as well as the University of Maine, where he gained a broad working knowledge of several programming languages. His technical experience also includes BlackBerry expertise, web development, telephone support and technical documentation.

Kara Lewandowski
Technical Support Engineer

Kara Lewandowski is a dedicated and innovative Technical Support Engineer at Atlantec LLC. With a lifelong passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving, Kara brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise to our team.

Kara has a proven track record in IT support, with hands-on experience in hardware diagnostics, software installation, and enterprise telecom systems. Her background includes leading Microsoft Endpoint roll-outs, optimizing IVR systems, and providing exceptional technical support across diverse platforms.

In her role at Atlantec, Kara takes pride in delivering reliable, efficient, and client-focused solutions. She consistently stays ahead of industry trends, ensuring our clients benefit from the latest advancements in technology.
