Rob McDaniel is president and technical support engineer of Atlantec, LLC. Rob is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator, as well as a certified computer and network technician. He is also a proud graduate of Keene State College.

Brett Cannon
Senior Technical Support Engineer

Brett Cannon is senior technical support engineer of Atlantec with over nine years of progressive network experience. Prior to joining Atlantec, Brett provided network support to full service law firm Verrill Dana, LLP and medical manufacturer CBE/Valcom onsite at Whatman, Inc. He has also served as systems administrator of Pioneer Telephone and support specialist/network administrator of G.H. Bass & Company in addition to providing Tier 2 Technical Support for Microsoft Call Center Envisionet. Brett attended Southern Maine Technical College as well as the University of Maine, where he gained a broad working knowledge of several programming languages. His technical experience also includes BlackBerry expertise, web development, telephone support and technical documentation.

Trystan Snyder
Senior Technical Support Engineer

Before joining Atlantec as a systems engineer, Trystan Snyder worked in the information technology industry for almost a decade, serving as a technician, consultant, and product support specialist. He specializes in Bash, Powershell, PHP, Java, and HTML languages; is well-versed in a variety of hardware and software vendors and processes; and is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

Dave Wainwright
Technical Support Engineer

Dave Wainwright is Atlantec’s technical support engineer with over 10 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. Previously, Dave served as IT systems support and senior help desk analyst for Sappi Fine Paper NA headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. In addition, Dave worked as PC technician for Dell Computers at International Paper, Androscoggin and Bucksport Mills, as well as PC support for Sony Electronics of America. Other titles include help desk analyst for Fairchild Semiconductor and UNUM-Provident Insurance Company. Dave is a proud graduate of Colorado College and is currently working toward his MBA at the University of South Florida.

Lloyd Vanderhorst, Jr.
Technical Support Engineer

Lloyd Vanderhorst has been a systems administrator for nearly 20 years with certifications in Office 365 and Azure. Before coming to Atlantec, he served in several important positions including IT Specialist at IT Link Maine, Systems Administrator at Technology Business Solutions, and Information Systems Coordinator and Web Developer at Beacon Systems, Inc.
